Even though I only ordered one pipe, I received thorough e- mail notification that the order was received, when it shipped and when I could expect it to arrive. There were no hidden surprises. hi, i have just received my carved meerschaum pipe as ordered. i would just like to tell you how pleased i am. delivery was prompt (despite uk customs examination on the way!) the pipe itself, well what can i say? it is beautiful! i have just enjoyed a cup of strong coffee and lit it for the first time. it smokes very well and i am sure that it will give me years of enjoyment. if i am ever near eskisehir would it be possible to visit your workshop and see the carving process? thanks again, ian (Ian, United Kingdom)

I received the three pipes I ordered and find them of the top quality. I was wondering why the artisan does not inscribe his name on the pipes, Beckler does this and gets a fortune for his pipes.
